The 2010 April TNT started with 16 players; I expected more, but the unseasonal warm temperatures, holiday Monday for some, University exams and other factors may have all conspired to keep the numbers down. However, you can join the tournament with a half point bye for the first round. Newcomer to Winnipeg chess Dave Milward upset Aron Kaptsan, and young Sashika Kumaragamage drew Stephen Lipic.
