The Manitoba Chess Association is pleased to host the provincial high school chess championship on Friday, February 22 at the University of Winnipeg.   This is a five-round team tournament, consisting of four players per team.  The entry deadline is midnight, Wednesday, February 20.   Any school in the province that has students in grade 7 and above is eligible to enter a team.   If your school is not able to put together a team and yet you are a student who wishes to play (with your school's permission), then please contact me and we will try to arrange for you to play on any team that may be short a player.
