After Ken Einarsson withdrawal there are 22 players in the tournament. I took the liberty to make the pairings for the 2 highest sections of the tournament, while the fate of the other two sections will be decided by our TD later today.

Below you will find  complete pairings for the section B. To do the pairings I first ordered the players according to thier CFC rating, after that generated a random permutation using the sum of the ratings as a seed for a random number generator. The rating sum was 10558 and the randomly generated permutation was:
