Jeff Babb and Blair Rutter have 3 points after 3 rounds. But Blair is out of town next Tuesday leaving Jeff half a point ahead of his nearest competitiors. There were few upsets and few more did not materialize. Anyway this round has a lot of material for Tony Boron's blog.
