Eight players participated today in the first Chess in the Park event of the season. Results were as follows: Jason Repa 3.5 / 4 Joseph Van Wyk 3.0 Colin Prince 2.5 Jay Khedkar 2.0 Lorne Gibbons 2.0 Dennis Prince 1.0 Brian Ptosnick 1.0 Blair Rutter 1.0 Thanks to Second Cup for sponsoring the event and providing the prizes. Blitz tournaments will be held every Friday at noon in Merchant Park until the end of summer. All welcome.
